Claim Registration and Online Submission of claim documents – if you have a claim under the coverage offered, you may register your claim here and also upload all claim documents soft copy in PDF format for claims processing and settlement of your claim. Pl. Note – hard copy / original is also required for our records and is mandatory, which maybe sent later to us. Excess Payment Submission – the customer needs to bear nominal amount of the total repair amount , as the insurance co’ will not pay the complete repair amount for which on demand the customer needs to submit their excess payment amount here.
